If the contents of your order arrive damaged, or is incorrect, please contact us at contact@mendybooks.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist.
Because many editions are limited and collectible, all sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
When will my order be processed?
Once items are in stock, orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 12 pm EST will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the following business day.
During holiday closures, orders will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with delivery details.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
